All Monitor Stacks
are made from extruded aluminium and are anodised either
natural (silver) or black as standard. Other colour options
are available. Stacks can be powder coated to any RAL or
BA colour.
The modular design of the
stack enables a quite turn around from approved drawings
to delivery.
All Monitor Stacks
can be reconfigured or extended on site with little or no
disruption to the existing installation.
Brief Description
of Monitor Stack Components
Legs -
(7) The legs are factory set with all the beam mounting
heights to aid quick on-site assembly. All beams are height
adjustable on site for fine adjustment and all legs have
either removable covers (9) for the ends of each stack or
removable sections (14) for mid legs for cable access.
Oval pattern extruded section
180x80mm max length 6.0m
Feet -
(13) Extruded section with levelling feet with ±5mm
of adjustment.
Rectangular 80x25mm extruded
section, max length 1.2m
Under Floor Mountings
- (11) for bolting down to concrete slabs under a raised
floor. Supplied with bezel (10) for masking the hole to
be cut in the floor tile.
Under floor shoe 700x100x15
steel, powder coated black
Horizontal Beams
- (4) available in 3 section sizes:
